The final hearing board was notified on 25th October 2019. The matters were called out yesterday. However, none appeared for the petitioners. From the note-sheet dated 22nd October 2019, it appears that as per the Court's order dated 7th July 2016, a copy of the impugned order is not filed till today. It also appears that initially, the SQ Pathan 1/2

wp.1606.02.group.203.doc aforesaid petitions were dismissed for non-prosecution, however, subsequently, the same were restored to file. Even today, none appears for the petitioner.

The petitions are dismissed for want of prosecution. In view of the aforesaid, the application being Criminal Application No. 402 of 2003 does not survive. The same is also disposed of.
