This application is moved for modification of the order dated 11th February, 2016 especially the condition No. 4 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Raigad-Alibag. It is submitted that the applicant who is directed to attend Rasayani police station on 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month from 10 am to 12 noon for two months. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is 71 years old and suffering from arthritis who cannot move out of the house.

Such application of modification of the condition of the order is to be made before the same Sessions Judge who passed the order. On verification of the facts, the learned Sessions Judge is free to pass necessary order.
