The only relief sought in the above Writ Petition is a direction against the Respondent No.1 to decide the complaint dated 29/09/2017 filed by the Petitioner.

Though the direction is sought against the Respondent No.1 we deem it appropriate to direct Shri Rajnish Sheth - the Additional Director General of Police, Anti Corruption Bureau, Mumbai to assign the complaint dated 29/09/2017 of the Petitioner to a Deputy Commissioner of Police working in the Anti Corruption Bureau. The said Deputy Commissioner of Police to consider the complaint of the Petitioner, take a decision thereon and communicate his decision to the Petitioner within two weeks from date. It would be contingent upon the decision that would be communicated to the lgc
