This is the second bail application, the first order is passed on 16/09/2022, when the application was disposed off as withdrawn. 2.

No change in circumstances from the said date except the fact of long incarceration there is no ground to entertain the application on its merits.

However, Mr. Jadhav is perfectly justified in submitting that the applicant is incarcerated since 29/08/2019 and till date charge is not framed. He also state that the trial can be concluded in a shortest period, at the most 5 to 6 witnesses are to be examined by the prosecution.

In the wake of the above, learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ashish Mhaske

2/2 44 BA 714.22.doc Vaduj, Satara shall make every endeavour to conclude trial in Special Case No. 27 of 2019, within a period of one year from today. In case there is any delay in concluding the trial the applicant is at liberty to renew his request.

Application is disposed off.
