This an application for relaxation of condition of attendance. The applicant was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 13th August, 2017. While allowing the said application, the applicant was directed to attend the concerned police station on every Sunday till filing of the chargesheet. Thereafter, the applicant preferred an application for modification of the said condition. By order dated 11th February, 2016, the condition was modified and the applicant was directed to attend the police station on first Sunday of the month till filing of the chargesheet.

The advocate for the applicant submitted that the applicant had complied with the condition. Although FIR was lodged in 2015. The chargesheet is not yet filed. It is submitted that the said condition may be relaxed.

Taking into consideration the fact that the FIR was registered in 2015, the anticipatory bail was granted on 13th August, 2015 and the chargesheet has not been filed till date, the aforesaid condition can be relaxed. Hence, I pass following order; :: ORDER ::
(i) Order dated 11th February, 2016 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.45 of 2016 directing the applicant to attend the concerned police station on first Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. of the month till the filing of the chargesheet is hereby relaxed.
(ii) The applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station as and when called for.
(iii) Application stands disposed of.
