This is an application seeking restoration of the Writ Petition which was dismissed 29.11.201 for non-removal of office objections. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she was on maternity leave sometime from June 2013 and therefore she had no communication with the briefing Advocate or the petitioner. The impugned order is dated 25.7.2011.

It is pertinent to note that a composite prayer for restoration and condonation of delay has been made in the same application. However, taking into consideration the personal difficulty of the Advocate,

The application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice on the condition that the learned counsel for the petitioner furnishes spare copies for the State as well as for respondent No.2 within one week from today and the cost of Rs.500/- to be paid within one week from today.
