Heard Mr. Kapse, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mr. Sawant, learned AGP for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3-State and Mr. Talkute, learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.4[a] to 4[c] and 5A[a] to 5A[d]. 2.
At the outset, Mr. Talkute, learned counsel states that there is an alternate remedy of Revision available under Section 76 of the Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act. 3.
In view of the said contention, Mr. Kapse, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to avail an alternate remedy.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

It is clarified that this Court has not considered the merits, and all the contentions on merits are expressly kept open. 6.
The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms, however, with no order as to costs.
