1. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant states that he has instructions to withdraw this application since the applicant desires to approach the Sessions Court. In the meantime, he requests that the interim protection be continued for some time.
2. In the circumstances, on the application of the counsel for the applicant,applications allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to approach the Sessions Court. In the meantime, ad-interim relief granted on 23 rd March, 2015 shall continue for a period of two weeks from today.
3. Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
