This Application is moved for relaxation of condition No. (iii) of the order dated 13th December, 2016 granting bail in Criminal Bail Application No. 2208 of 2016.

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants/accused are agriculturist and they were out of Karkamb police station since last three months, hence they be allowed to enter the jurisdiction of Karkamb police station. He submitted that charge sheet is filed and the case is committed to the Sessions Court. 3.

Learned APP opposed the Application. Investigating officer is 1 / 2

11.APPP162_2017.doc present. Learned APP submitted that it is a case under section 307 of the Indian Penal and there was dispute in respect of agricultural land.

Perused the order. Considering the submissions and the nature of the offence, condition No. (iii) of the order dated 13th December, 2016 is hereby relaxed and modified as follows: "All the applicants/accused are directed to report Karkamb police station on every Sunday between 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. till 30th May, 2017.
