Pursuant to the order dated 26th February, 2018 it appears that the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- with the Recovery Officer of the respondent, applied for installment and has been granted installment facility in accordance with circular mentioned in paragraph 4(iv) of the order dated 26th February, 2018. This is confirmed vide letter dated 5th April, 2018 addressed by the respondent to the Director of the petitioner. The consequences set out in the letter will follow in the event of any default. A copy of the letter dated 5th April, 2018 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In the circumstances nothing survives in this petition. The petition is disposed of in above terms.
