FRIDAY, 27TH FEBRUARY, 2015 P.C. :

By this application, the applicant seeks his release on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with C.R. No. 8 of 2015 registered with the L. T. Marg Police Station, for the alleged offence punishable under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Counsel for the applicant states that the only allegation as against him is that he has failed to return the motor vehicle SQ Pathan 1/2

aba.292.15.doc which belonged to the wife of the complainant. He states that he will surrender the vehicle in the police station, without prejudice to his rights, within one week from today.

In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the applicant, that he will surrender the vehicle with the L.T. Marg Police Station, within one week from today, the application is allowed. 4.

The applicant, in the event of his arrest, be released on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
