The Petitioner is a convict of the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. He wants CBI inquiry in the matter. It is contended by the Petitioner that he was falsely implicated in the alleged offence and wrongly tried and convicted . The Petitioner has appropriate remedy of filing Appeal. The grievance of the Petitioner cannot be considered in writ jurisdiction. Hence the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
