Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

We are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition by requesting the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal to decide the Original Application No.662/2012 as already directed by this Court specifically in W.P .No.1076 of 2015 by Division Bench (Nagpur Bench) by order dated 18.3.2016, we are inclined to pass the order on the same line.

In the mean time, the preventive order passed by this Court on10.3.2015 to continue till the final decision of the petition as already ordered.

All the contentions of the parties are kept open.
