That this Honourable High Court may kindly direct transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. H.M.P.No. 374 of 2012 Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Satara to the Family Court at Pune."

rpa 2/2 mca-81-15.doc Both the learned counsel after taking instructions from their clients agreed that the matter can be transferred from Satara to Pune. In view of this, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b), reproduced above.

The Family Court at Pune to make an endeavour to decide the petition at the earliest.
