By consent of parties, following order is passed :- 3.

Order dated 17th October,1996 , order dated 28th March,2000 and order dated 6th December, 2017 are quashed and set aside. Application No. 34 of 1993 is restored to file. Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

In view of this court having set aside the aforesaid three orders in both these proceedings, entry in the 7/12th extract in favour of all the respondents shall stand restored as on the date of application No.34 of 1993 filed by the petitioner by the learned Tahsildar within one week
