It is not in dispute that arbitration proceedings between the Petitioner and Respondent No. 2 were initiated in respect of disputes under the contract between the parties. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he has no 1 / 2 January 18, 2019

The Petition is pending since the year 2016. No adinterim reliefs have been sought since, possibly because of the pendency of the arbitration proceedings. It appears that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Petition as the Petitioner has not given any instructions to the learned Counsel particularly as regards status of the arbitration proceedings between the Petitioner and Respondent No.2. The letter dated 17th January 2019 addressed by the learned Counsel to the Petitioner is taken on record.

The Writ Petition is dismissed for default.
