P.C.:- Record reveals that, the Division Bench of this Court in its Order dated 2nd March, 2022 and particularly in para No.6 thereof passed in Writ Petition No. 2121 of 2022, filed by the Petitioner, has after considering the impugned Order dated 10th February, 2022 herein, observed that the contention of the Petitioner will raise disputed questions of fact, that cannot be gone into in a Writ Petition but only in a Civil Suit or other appropriate proceedings.

In view of the observations made by the Division Bench in the said Order, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition unconditionally.
