By this application, the original petitioner has prayed for amendment to the Writ Petition on the ground that the first respondent - Bank has gone under liquidation after the petition was admitted. Mr.Shukla states that respondents are duly served and to that effect, affidavit of service is filed. The learned Counsel for respondent No.1 does not dispute that after admission of the petition, order of liquidation was passed.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.

Amendment in the main petition shall be carried out within 14 days from today and amended slip shall be made over to the other side.
