The petitioner's grievance is that inspite of representation made, no steps are taken by Corporation in respect of alleged illegal construction being carried out by respondent no.12 Builder.

In case any representation is still pending with the Corporation, we direct the Corporation to hear all the parties which are likely to be affected and take appropriate decision in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
