This is an application for extension of protection granted to the applicant/accused vide order dated 05.02.2019. 2.

It is seen that order granting ad-interim anticipatory bail operating in favour of the applicant/accused since beginning and Aarti Palkar 1/2

5.APPA.242.19.doc on rejection of his appeal, the interim protection was extended for a period of two weeks.

The learned Counsel for the applicant/accused submits that the applicant/accused has already preferred an appeal challenging the order of this Court before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and it will take some time for listing the same. Hence, he seeks extension of protection granted by this Court. 4.

Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent No.1/State and Shri. Bhujbal, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The application is accordingly disposed of.
