Heard Mr.Satyavrat Joshi, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Rajshekhar V.Govilkar, learned Counsel for the respondent.

Mr.Joshi states that petitioner-wife is present in the Court. He has tendered photocopy of driving licence of the petitioner which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Mr.Govilkar states that respondent-husband is present in the Court and he has tendered photocopy of the driving licence of respondent which is taken on record and marked 'Y' for identification. Learned Counsel for parties have tendered consent terms dated 27/07/2015 duly signed by the petitioner and respondent before Ms.Smita Joshi, Counsellor, Family Court, Pune as also duly signed by the advocates 1/2

49.wp.3221.15 for the parties. The same are taken on record and marked 'Z' for identification. Learned Counsel for the parties state that Petition may be disposed of in terms of consent terms. The parties confirm the correctness of the consent terms.

In view thereof, Petition is disposed of in terms of consent terms which is marked as 'Z'. Undertaking given by the parties are accepted.
