This Petition is again filed on apprehension, after filing an earlier Writ Petition being Writ Petition No. 9472 of 2021. We have already passed an order in the earlier Writ Petition No. 9472 of 2021 on 23rd December, 2021 disposing of the Writ Petition by recording the statement of learned Counsel for Respondent-Corporation that action of demolition shall not be taken unless due process of law is followed by issuing notice to the Petitioners.
