The applicant herein has filed this application for anticipatory bail apprehending his arrest in Crime No.06 of 2016 registered with Market Yard Police Station, Pune, for offences punishable under Section 420, 465, 467, 471 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

It is noticed that the application for bail as well as the prayer for interim relief is still pending before the Learned Sessions Judge, Pune. In view of the same, I do not find any reason to invoke the powers under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. Suffice to say that the learned pps
