By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has challenged the judgment and order dated 24.11.2015 in below exhibits-7 and 9 of A-1 Appeal No.30 of 2011 as also the judgment and order dated 12.01.2017 in Review Application No.8 of 2016 passed by the Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court at Bombay. By order dated 24.11.2015, the Appellate Court directed the petitioner to deposit arrears of interim compensation @ Rs.3,500/- per month from March, 2011 to November, 2015 and to continue to deposit interim compensation at that rate, pending the hearing and final disposal of the appeal for ensuing months on or before 10th day of each month, among other directions. By order dated 12.01.2017, the Appellate Court dismissed the Review Application.

Mr. Solanki, on instructions of the Constituted Attorney and son of petitioner, who is present in the Court, seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. Mr. Solanki has tendered photocopy of his Aadhar Card, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 4.
On the motion made by Mr. Solanki, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn.
