Applicant is seeking extension of cash facility granted by this Court vide order dated 4th October, 2018. Applicant was directed to be released on bail in C.R. No. 313 of 2016/EOW No. 49 of 2016 registered with Sakinaka Police Station, on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Applicant was also permitted to furnish cash security in lieu of surety for a period of two weeks. It is submitted that applicant had not availed of the said facility as she was in custody

Applicant had preferred criminal application No. 1590 of 2018 before this Court which was disposed of by granting liberty to the applicant to prefer application for extension of cash facility granted by this Court. The said application was disposed off taking into consideration that the applicant was in custody in other case. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant has been granted bail in the other case. 3.
Considering the aforesaid circumstances, cash facility granted by this Court vide order dated 4th October, 2018 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 2197 of 2018 is extended by a period of six weeks from date of release.
