Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for both the parties. Following order is passed by consent :- (i) The Applicant agrees to attend the divorce proceedings filed by the Respondent-husband before the Family Court at Bandra being Petition No.A-2453 of 2015.

(ii) The Respondent-husband shall pay an amount of Rs.1000/- towards travelling and other expenses on each date of hearing. The said amount shall be paid in cash on the same day for which the Applicant shall forthwith issue a receipt to the Respondent.

(iii) The hearing of the Petition No.A-2453 of 2015 is expedited and the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai shall endevour to dispose of Petition No.A-2453

kpd 2 / 2 932-MCA-191-2016.sxw of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of this Order. (iv) Parties and their Advocates shall appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai on 07.08.2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain necessary directions/orders.

(v) The parties undertake that they shall not seek any adjournment unless absolutely necessary. The Court too shall not grant any adjournment to the parties unless absolutely necessary.

(vi) All contentions of the parties are kept open. 2.
