The applicant involved in Crime No.306/15 registered by D.B. Marg Police Station on 19th November 2015 for the offence punishable under section 370(3) r/w section 34 IPC and sections 3, 4, 5, 7 (1)(B) of the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act (for short 'the PITA Act"), has sought an Anticipatory Bail. The record reveals that applicant is protected by interim bail vide order passed by this Court on 24th February 2016. Learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that custodial

Having considering the facts, as aforesaid, application is allowed.

Interim bail granted to the applicant on 24th February 2016 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions. Application is disposed of accordingly.
