2) It is in these circumstances, without going into the merits of the matter, applicants deserve to be granted temporary bail from 01/03/2017 to 06/03/2017. Applicant shall report to Bazarpeth Police Station on 06/03/2017 before 3.00 p.m.

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicants be enlarged on temporary bail from 01/03/2017 to 06/03/2017 on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(iii) Applicants be enlarged on provisional cash bail of Rs. 15,000/- each from 01/03/2017 to 06/03/2017.

(iv) Applicants shall mark their presence before the concerned police station on 04th and 05th March, 2017 between 4.00 p.m. to 05.00 p.m. (v) Application stands disposed of.
