8-APPLN-116-2017.doc The order granting bail to the respondent No. 2 was passed on 16th November 2016. It appears that charge-sheet has been filed and the case is pending before the trial Court and is numbered as RCC No. 14/2018. A perusal of the impugned order does not show that the said order is perverse, warranting interference in the same. Even otherwise, almost 41⁄2 years have passed since the said order was passed. Considering the aforesaid, no interference is warranted in the said order. Application is accordingly rejected. However, the trial being RCC No. 14/2018, is expedited.
