3] Against the said order the original defendant No.2 has preferred Appeal from Order (ST) No.4698 of 2018. 4] In view thereof, writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to seek intervention in the Appeal from Order [DR.SHALINI PHANSALKAR-JOSHI, J.] 1/1
