Learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 has produced before us Permission letter dated 25th March 2022 which is taken on record and

The document 'A' states that the Petitioner is granted permission for starting 1st BHMC course with intake capacity of 60 seats (reduced from 75 seats) for the academic session 2021-22. This substantially satisfies the grievance of the Petitioner and, therefore, the Petition deserves to be disposed of in terms of the communication marked 'A'.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the communication marked 'A' dated 25th March 2022. 3.

We direct that Petitioner shall be granted affiliation by the University (Respondent No.3), in terms of its commitment made vide its communication dated 4th February 2022, forthwith. We also direct that Petitioner institute shall be permitted to take part in the Mop-Up Admission Round 2021-22.
