DATE : 1st FEBRUARY, 2024 P. C.:- 1) At the outset, learned APP submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, Police have filed charge-sheet on 19th July, 2016, in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class at Panvel and the same has been numbered as RCC No. 522/2016.
