Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The challenge in this Petition is to an order dated 9 February 2023 passed by the learned Member, Industrial Court, Thane directing the Petitioner by way of an ad-interim measure to continue the services of the concerned members/employees of the complainant Union, irrespective of the change of the contractor, till the next date.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that, in the intervening period, the Interim Application had been listed for completing the pleadings, and now the Interim Application is listed for hearing on 20 April 2023. 4.

Since the challenge in the instant Petition is to an ad-interim order and the Industrial Court has not yet considered the Interim Application on its merits, it may be appropriate to request the Industrial Court to make an endeavour to decide the SSP 1/2
