ORDER:- 1.

The learned Counsel upon instruction seeks to withdraw present petition as alternate remedy under the Industrial Dispute Act is available to the petitoner.

Considerng the averments so made and the submission so raised, we are inclined to observe in the present facts and circumstances that concerned authority would consider the matter expeditiously, so that the reference can be decided at the earliest. 3.

Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 4.
