The learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend the application to correct the typographical error. Leave to amend is granted. The petitioner to amend the pleadings in two weeks. The third respondent died on 16th November 2018 leaving behind his legal heirs. Now the petitioner has filed this civil application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased - 3rd respondent.
