P.C.:- Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. The prayer made in this Application is for intervention in the main writ petition where the prayer is made for quashing the First Information Report. 2.
The present Applicant, as of today, is neither an accused nor victim of the offence. Though initially the Applicant was named in the First Information Report, there is no charge sheet filed against the Applicant. Hence, the Applicant has no locus to intervene. Accordingly, the Application is rejected.
