Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has sought two prayers, (i) to set aside the order dated 29 July 2021 of Respondent No.2 granting approval to the appointment of Respondent No.5; and (ii) to appoint the Petitioner to the post of Upashikshika (Unaided Marathi). During the pendency of the petition, Respondent No.5 who was appointed got superannuated and thereafter Respondent No.6 came to be appointed and approval was granted which was challenged by way of amendment. The learned counsel for the Petitioners informs that the approval granted to the appointment of Respondent No.6 is

In light of the aforesaid developments, the Petitioner will apply to Respondent Nos.3 and 4 with her prayer to be appointed to the post of Upashikshika. Once such an application is made by the Petitioner, Respondent Nos.3 and 4 will take appropriate decision as per law within a period of four weeks thereafter. 4.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
