By the impugned order, the petitioner has been directed to shift his beer shop to some other place. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order has been passed without giving any notice or hearing to the petitioner. The learned AGP does not dispute the said fact. In that view of the matter, the order impugned is set aside. The respondent No.2 shall pass fresh order after hearing the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is permitted to make request to respondent No.2 to deseal the premises to dispose of the stock, as the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the stock has expiry date. Writ Petition is disposed of.
