Mr.Gorwadkar, learned Senior Counsel having taken instructions from the Commissioner-Respondent No.1 who is N.S. Kamble page 5 of 6
present in the Court makes a statement that the impugned order at Exhibit-N dated 03.02.2017 issued by the Respondent No.1Commissioner will no more survive, in view of the approval of the Revised Draft Development Plan sanctioned by the Government on 21st April 2017. He further stated that in light of the said Revised Development Plan, the respondent-Corporation shall take appropriate action as far as the petitioners are concerned in accordance with law. Statement is accepted.

In light of the above statement, the present petitions are rendered infructuous. The same are accordingly disposed of. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

In view of the disposal of the Writ petitions, Civil Applications do not survive and the same are accordingly disposed of.
