2] Applicants are seeking regular bail after having chargesheeted in Crime No. 656 of 2020 registered with Bangurnagar Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 354D read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
3] The offence is punishable for a period of five years. Allegations against the Applicants are in relation to sexual harassment i.e. pushing and giving threats. Considering the allegations against the Applicants 1/2

BA-959-2021.doc in the background of the fact that there was enmity between the father of the victim and the Applicants as reflected in the statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. and also the fact that the Charge against the Applicants is already framed, Applicant, in my opinion, deserves to be released on bail.
3] Applicants are directed to be released on bail in C.R. No.656/2020 registered with Bangurnagar Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 354D read with Section 34 of the IPC and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act, upon furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum Rs 15,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount. Applicants shall neither tamper with the evidence nor directly or indirectly try to influence the prosecution witnesses and the complainant. Applicants shall not contact the victim directly or indirectly or her family members. The Applicants shall furnish particulars of of their place of residence and contact details to the Investigating Officer of the Police Station concerned within seven days from today.
