We have heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Respondent has not afforded opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner nor the say could be filed by the Petitioner. The roznama proceeds on the ground that settlement was arrived at between the parties and the matter is closed.

On the last date, we had asked the learned AGP to take instructions from the Competent Authority. The learned AGP on oral instructions from the Competent Authority makes a statement that the Competent Authority will afford an opportunity of hearing to all

The said statement shall take care of the Petitioner's grievance. The Petitioner may within a week file his reply also. 5.

With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
