We are informed that the petitioner is already charge-sheeted for an offence punishable under Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act. So also, Sections 354 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code. As such, the present petition which is preferred for quashing the FIR, in our opinion, does not warrant any interference.
