Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants and the learned AGP for the Respondents. In view of the averments made in the application, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). We, however, make it clear that as the Petition has been dismissed long back on 4th February, 2010, interim relief which was operative in the Petition is not restored. (G.S. PATEL, J ) (A.S. OKA, J )
