The Civil Application is taken out to bring on record legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner No. 2. Petitioner No. 2 passed away on 13.12.2017 and the Application was fled on

Learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 1 and learned AGP strongly oppose the Application. However, for the reasons set out in the Application, same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). Amendment be carried out within a period of 14 days from today.

The Civil Application stands disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
