This application is filed seeking pre-arrest bail in C.R. No.202 of 2019 registered at Kulgaon Police Station, Badlapur, Thane, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 504, 506, r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Induprakash Tripathi, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant, would submit that investigation into the crime has already been completed, charge-sheet has been filed and the applicant has already been released on regular bail on 13 November 2021 by the trial court.
