Today, learned APP has tendered a copy of the Judgment and Order dated 30th August, 2019 passed by the 47th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Esplanade, Mumbai, convicting the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 465 etc. of the Indian Penal Code. The said judgment is taken on record. 4.

Considering the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed.
