Applicant was granted bail vide order dated 24th January, 2019 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 3059 of 2018. Applicant was permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of two weeks. It is submitted that applicant had availed of cash security, but could not arrange the surety in accordance with the aforesaid order. It is submitted that applicant was hospitalized on account of his illness and therefore it is prayed facility of cash be extended by a period of six weeks.

Considering the submission, the facility of cash bail granted by this Court vide order dated 24th January, 2019 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 3059 of 2018 is extended by a period of six weeks.
