Learned Counsel for the petitioners seek leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appropriate petition/application challenging the order of issue process dated 28th August, 2012 passed in C.C.No.2110/SS/2012 as well as order dated 13th January, 2016, passed in Criminal Revision Application No.632 of 2015, by which the applicant's Revision was dismissed.

Since the petitioners have not impugned the aforesaid orders in this petition and have sought quashing of the entire proceedings, learned counsel for the petitioners seek leave to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file an appropriate petition/application challenging the aforesaid orders.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
