By this Civil Application, the Applicant - wife is seeking stay of operation and implementation of the Judgment and Decree dated 19/01/2012 in Petition No.A-2150 of 2005 passed by the Family Court No.2, Mumbai, to the extent of Clause Nos.2 and 4 of the operative order. The Family Court Appeals filed by the wife as well as the husband are shown on the board for final hearing. This Court, by the order dated 09/04/2012, recorded the statement made by the husband that he is not going to remarry till further orders. Hence, the order dated 09/04/2012 to continue till the hearing and final disposal of the First Appeals. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.) (K. K. TATED, J.) URS
