Heard the learned counsel for the Applicants. 2.

The learned A.P.P., on instructions of the Investigating Officer Mr. Arjun Pralhad Dandegaonkar, PSI, Bhiwandi Police Station, who is personally present in the Court, submits that after investigation "A Summary Report" is filed in the Court of jurisdictional Magistrate. 3.

In view of the above, interim order passed by this Court on 11th March 2020 stands confirmed on the terms and conditions incorporated therein.
